Cambria with Grammy

After Pen's preschool graduation we headed up north to the cute beach town of Cambria.
Every year my mom facilitates a conference at the Cambria Pines Lodge.
She gets a huge two room suite making it ideal for a second family to stay with them.
I jumped at the chance to drive her up there since my dad was out of town.
The kids had a blast getting so much one on one Grammy time.
We went swimming, checked out seals, took Snickers on a walk along Moonstone Beach, explored Cambria Pines Nursery, rode scooters, went out to the Sea Chest for dinner and even had a movie night in.
Such a fun time and so great hanging with Grammy.
thanks mom!

Grammy explained to them how the wishing well works

one thing I love about cambria is all the beautiful flowers everywhere

taking a break from the pool

the lodge has these super cool booths outside that are like little caves
they have stone fireplaces and heaters, the kids loved it, clearly ;)

we snuck away for an hour and enjoyed some live music at the lounge

one of our favorite seafood restaurants

looking for fairies

Nana was visiting her sister about a half hour away so they drove over
and spent most of Sunday with us
here she is enjoying the Japanese tea house in Cambria Pines Nursery

outside the kids house at the nursery is a full blown Alice in Wonderland set up
so cute!

Pen graduates

I can't believe I have a little pre-k graduate!
Penelope has grown so much these last three years at Little Angels.
It has been such a great experience for her, and she has learned so much.
We are so thankful.
Congrats P!
